Five-a-side artificial turf pitch at Stella Football Club, Durban

Project Overview

Multiturf built 1,624m² of five-a-side football turf at Stella Football Club in Durban.

The site started as bare ground inside a block wall. The base was levelled and compacted before the turf went down. A good base is what keeps the surface flat and draining well for years, so it gets as much attention as the turf itself.

The Finished Pitch

The pitch was laid with football turf, line-marked, and fenced with netting so the ball stays in play. It is used for five-a-side games and club training.
